What’s this project all about?
This type-driven song poster explores the intersection of expressive typography and visual storytelling through a vibrant, system-based design approach. Inspired by the mood and emotional depth of the music, I translated sound into form using a limited color palette and a modular grid to build structure while still allowing for moments of spontaneity and play.
I created custom typographic treatments that move between clarity and abstraction, letting letterforms act as both language and visual texture. By experimenting with scale, repetition, and negative space, I developed a dynamic rhythm across the composition that guides the viewer’s eye while echoing the energy of the song.
The project was developed as a multi-panel system, where a single concept evolves across variations—showcasing flexibility while maintaining cohesion. This approach reflects my love for designing within systems that still feel expressive, alive, and full of personality.
Overall, this work highlights my passion for typography, music-inspired design, and crafting visual narratives that feel both structured and full of energy.
